At Freddie Freckle we have a passion for seeking out ‘shabby chic’ and vintage style finds for the home. Travelling around the English countryside we keep an eye out for hidden treasures that may simply look tarnished, tattered or worn down to the untrained eye, but given a new and loving home take on an ‘elegantly aged’ appearance, perfect for creating a relaxed country interior. Freddie Freckles’ mix and match approach to decorating will definitely appeal to those who love a house to feel a home.

As well as mix and matching our pieces we are not afraid to combine the ornate with the ordinary and the old with the new. We believe that one’s home is a place where one should feel relaxed and comfortable without having to forego an effortless sense of style. Hopefully our website will inspire you to combine the ‘shabby’ with the ‘chic’ to create that perfect balance.

All our ‘old’ items are described as ‘Once Loved’ and indicated with a picture of Freddie Freckle, our Jack Russell. We will endeavour to carefully describe and photograph ‘Once Loved’ items to the best of our ability so that you are fully aware of the condition that the item is in.

New items will not have a picture of Freddie Freckle on them but we promise you that they are chosen with as much care as the ‘Once Loved’ items.
